The article “Inguinal Hernias: Diagnosis and Management” (June 15, 2013, p. 844) contained an error in the last sentence of the first paragraph in the second column of page 845. The sentence should have read: “If the patient indicates that this bulge disappears while he or she is in the supine position, clinical suspicion of a hernia should be increased.” The online version of the article has been corrected.
