Freeman is the official provider for the following booth needs:
Aramark is the official provider for all your food and beverage needs at the convention center. View the catering menu.
Internet needed at your booth must be ordered through Smart Cities. Log in to Smart City Networks.
The vendor for plants and floral will be listed once confirmed.
Maritz is the official lead management provider. Scan attendee badges to capture and follow up with your leads after the show. The FMX attendee badge contains their mailing address. It may also contain their email address if the attendee does not opt out of releasing that information on their badge barcode. Log in to Maritz.
You have two options to pay:
1. Through Exhibitor Login.
2. By check (make payable to AAFP) and send to:

The AAFP accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
All past due balances must be paid in full prior to submitting an application for 2025.
If full payment is not received by the deadline, your exhibit space may be released and any partial payment will be retained by the AAFP.

Please note: Equipment (ladders, job boxes, carts, forklifts, etc.) may not be brought into the exposition hall until 30 minutes after the show closes, to allow attendees time to exit the hall.

Important reminder: For safety reasons, children under 18 are not allowed in the exhibit hall during installation or dismantling due to heavy equipment.
