Freeman AV is the official provider for all your audio-visual needs. Log in to Freeman Online.
Freeman is the official contractor for booth furnishings (i.e., draped tables, chairs, furniture, counters, displays, etc.), carpet, labor, porter/cleaning services, signage, and shipping services. Log in to Freeman Online.
Aventura is the official provider for all your food and beverage needs at the Phoenix Convention Center. View Aventura Catering Exhibitor Menu and Order Form.
The Xchange will be in Lower Level Halls 1-6.
Commonwealth Expo Electric is the official provider for all your electrical, plumbing, and compressed air needs. Download Commonwealth Expo Electric information and ordering form.
If you plan to use your own exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC), please view the AAFP FMX Exhibitor Agreement Terms and Conditions for insurance requirements. Deadline for submitting EAC information, and valid certificate of insurance in the Exhibitor Console is August 30, 2024. Insurance certificates can also be emailed to Aaron Verhei.
Smart City provides onsite internet, telecommunications, and cable television services. Log in to Smart City.
Labor may be ordered through Freeman, the FMX official contractor. Log in to Freeman Online.
Maritz is the official lead management provider. Scan attendee badges to capture and follow up with your leads after the show. The FMX attendee badge contains their mailing address. It may also contain their email address if the attendee does not opt out of releasing that information on their badge bar code. Log in to the Exhibitor Portal.

AV Concepts is the exclusive rigging partner for the Phoenix Convention Center. Log in to AV Concepts.
The AAFP provides general security on a 24-hour basis from Wednesday, September 25 through Friday, September 27. However, the AAFP cannot guarantee or be held responsible against loss or damage. For this reason, we recommend you do not place products or other items of value on display in your booth(s) until your organization representatives are in attendance.
The on-site Exhibit Service Desk will be in the back corner of the Exhibit Hall. Official vendors will be available at this desk to answer questions, take on-site orders, and make order changes starting September 23 through September 27.
