Child care is offered onsite if you’d like to bring the entire family to Anaheim! We’ll entertain your kids with age-based arts and crafts projects, active games and much more in a safe, nurturing environment!

Eligible Ages: 6 months–17 years 

Things to Know

  • Accent staff members are bonded and trained child-care specialists.
  • Staff are certified in CPR and pediatric first aid.
  • Staff members will not administer medication.
  • Ill children are not admitted.

Late and on-site requests will be processed if space is available. You can also review the rates and the cancellation policy.

Full payment must be received with your registration. Pay by check (payable to the AAFP) or charge your registration to American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

The AAFP must receive notice of cancellation no later than September 14, 2025. Requests for full cancellations will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee.

Cancellations or no-shows after September 14, 2025, are not eligible for a refund.

Please allow up to four weeks for the refund to arrive. Fees will be refunded the same way they were paid to the AAFP. This policy covers registration and ticketed events.

If a program is canceled by the AAFP, every effort will be made to notify registrants at least 30 days before the first day of the course, and registration fees will be refunded.
