Fern Exposition Services, LLC is the official contractor to order additional booth furnishings such as pedestal tables, stools, porter/cleaning services, signage, hired labor, floral, and more. Shipping instructions are also available. Log in to OneView.
All Electrical, Internet, and Utilities needed at your booth must be ordered through Smart Cities—log in to Smart City Networks.

The AAFP accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
All past due balances must be paid in full prior to submitting an application for 2025.
If full payment is not received by the deadline, your exhibit space may be released and any partial payment will be retained by the AAFP.
