develop protective processes, policies and programs for preventing and addressing depression and suicide in physicians/trainees
develop strategies to dispel stigma and prevent barriers in seeking positive culture changes
consider individual as well as organizational strategies to prevent suicide and burnout
and become familiar with how to approach a colleague when they might be struggling
