November 6 & 7, 2025: Activity B (2-day livestream)

December 12, 2025: SWIP Charter Due

January 13, 2026: Webinar #2 12:00–2:00 Central (with HG discussion time included)

February 10, 2026: Webinar #3 12:00–2:00 Central (with HG discussion time included)

March 10, 2026: Webinar #4 12:00–2:00 Central (with HG discussion time included)

March 23, 2026: SWIP Recording Due

March 25 – April 8, 2026: Watch and Review SWIP Recordings (faculty feedback)

April 14, 2026: Webinar #5 - SWIP Showcase 12:00–2:00 Central

May 31, 2026: Final work due - SWIP update and final reflection due 

May 2027: Cohort #5 PI-CME projects completed and LMS Access Ends
