Prerequisites for acceptance
Applicants must have completed an Accreditation Council Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accredited residency-training program in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Neurology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or Anesthesiology within the United States or equivalent from outside countries. Also physicians who have completed Oncology or Geriatric Fellowships may apply.

Description
The Department of Palliative Care and Rehabilitation Medicine at UT M. D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, is seeking board eligible/board certifi ed physicians for a fellowship in Hospice & Palliative Medicine. This is a one-year training opportunity with inpatient and outpatient palliative care,assessment and treatment of hospice and non-hospice patients with diverse diagnosis in ambulatory, inpatient, and home settings, and participation in interdisciplinary team. Fellows may join clinical investigations and educational initiatives.
