Description
- Training disciple-making family physicians to provide comprehensive obstetric care and manage complex obstetrical conditions in the context of a distinctively Christian service. - Develop skills that can be used, or replicated, to care for underserved patients across the United States and the globe, including in a missions setting. - Manage, stabilize, and know when to consult on high risk prenatal conditions including, but not limited to, preterm labor, history of preterm birth, A1 and A2 gestational diabetes, chronic hypertension, preeclampsia, advanced maternal age, thyroid disorders, obesity, multiple gestation, amniotic fluid abnormalities, and abnormal fetal growth.
