MetroHealth Medical Center, Department of Family Medicine Residency Program is located in the heart of Cleveland and serves a very large multi-ethnic patient base with varied socioeconomic backgrounds as well. This patient variety and the mission of the hospital to care for the underserved, leads to an outstanding clinical "hands-on" residency with rich inpatient and outpatient experiences. Residents also gain strong training in Women's Health and Geriatrics as we have 6 Family Medicine Faculty actively practicing Obstetrics and we offer a post-graduate Geriatric Fellowship Program.
