The Cook County Family Medicine Residency Program is committed to providing quality health care to Cook County’s medically undeserved and diverse communities. Our program offers special expertise in managing patients with complicated medical and biopsychosocial problems in both tertiary care inpatient and PCMH ambulatory settings. . Our graduates will draw on their rich multicultural background and experiences and return to their communities to serve as effective advocates for health policies that end disparities in health and health care.
