The RTT in Caldwell is a branch of the main Family Medicine Residency of Idaho Program in Boise that is designed especially for broad-spectrum rural family medicine training. We are an unopposed program supported by the entire medical community of Caldwell and the surrounding areas. Therefore, we are able to provide an extremely broad training experience for our residents. Trainees essentially become a member of the medical group when they come to Caldwell as a resident, allowing for great professional and personal flexibility. This is very important because we recognize that balance is necessary to make well-rounded, fulfilled physicians.
