Global Health Track with longitudinal rotations in Guatemala. Longitudinal Pediatric outpatient rotations spending half day in Pediatrics offices over 2 years. Our program has four resident retreats a year, which is a good time for the residents to unwind and connect with their peers. There are no clinical responsibilities for the residents on those days. Resident retreats are a great way for residents to relax and socialize, which has worked well to manage fatigue.
