The illustrations in the article “Surgical Options in the Management of Groin Hernias” (January 1, 1999, page 143) contained incorrectly placed labels as a result of technical problems. Because of inadvertent shifting during importation of the high-resolution images of the four-color illustrations, most of the anatomic labels were off register. The entire article is republished in this issue with correct placement of the figure labels.
