AFP is offering readers another way to contact us with questions and feedback. While you are taking this issue's “Clinical Quiz” and filling out the answer card (see page 1865), you might want to check out the accompanying reader feedback card located below the answer card. You will be looking for a card like the one reproduced to the right.

If you have questions about your subscription, a question about your CME, a comment about an article, or an idea for a new reader service or product, all you need to do is jot down your thoughts on the feedback card and drop it in the mail. Although we don't promise that we can send an acknowledgment for every card we receive, we will read each card and make sure that it reaches the attention of our circulation department, CME department, editorial department, or other department that can best help you. Please look for this card in the first issue of each month.
