In Table 1 on page1708, the column header for the far right column on odds ratios should not have included a percentage symbol. The header should have read “Odds ratio”. In Table 5 on page1710, the column header for the far right column concerning likelihood ratios (LR) should not have included a percentage symbol. The header should have read “LR”. Also, in the first row of Table 5, the LR for ectopic cardiac activity should have been “> 100 (diagnostic)”. The online version of this article has been corrected.
