In the CME Quiz (January 1, 2011, page 31), the expiration date for submitting this quiz for CME credit hours was incorrectly listed as January 31, 2011 in the right-hand column of page 31 and on the mail-in quiz card. The correct expiration date for this CME Quiz should have been listed as January 31, 2012.
