Herbal therapies
GingerTwo trials show symptom improvement vs. placebo,26,27 and four trials show symptom improvement similar to that with vitamin B62831; ginger extract (125 to 250 mg every six hours) should be considered; ginger tea or ginger ale can also be used as adjunctive treatment
